Waimea Youth Chorus

New this year! The Waimea Youth Chorus invites middle and high school students to develop their voices, grow their musical confidence, and experience the joy of choral singing in a supportive ensemble environment. Under the direction of Mario Flores, students will learn foundational vocal technique, harmony singing, stage presence, and ensemble skills through a diverse repertoire.

Rehearsals take place weekly, culminating in a spring performance in May. This program is designed to build community, celebrate creativity, and give young singers a fun, inspiring place to belong.

Scholarships are available by applying online after completing the online registration.  The scholarship application is found at the bottom of the registration confirmation form, which will be emailed to the applicant.  If the scholarship application is approved, the class fee is $30.

Tuition for the course is $300 plus a $6.00 registration fee for each applicant.

Class size is limited, and students are accepted on a first come first served basis.
