• Completing a Level 1 program or obtaining direct instructor approval

• Proficiently executing beginner poses below and above the bar

• Confidently moving from the floor into seated position on the bar

• Safely transitioning from sitting to standing on the bar

Scholarships are available by applying online after completing the online registration.  The scholarship application is found at the bottom of the registration confirmation form, which will be emailed to the applicant.  The scholarship application is fee is $24 plus a $6 registration fee for each applicant.

Tuition for the course is $184 plus a $6 registration fee for each applicant.

Class size is limited, and students are accepted on a first come first served basis.

Please note there will be no class the week of October 5, 2026.
